To reset the SPH-M900 (Moment) 

1. Tap the Applications Tab and then tap Settings
2. SD Card & Phone Storage
3. Tap Factory Data Reset > Reset Phone

1. Press > and tap >
SD card & phone storage > Factory data reset. (You
will see a disclaimer.)
2. Read the disclaimer and tap Reset phone.
3. If required, draw your unlock pattern to confirm the
reset process.

With the Samsung m900 phone turned off hold VOLUME DOWN + CALL + END CALL buttons > Master reset
